Funny face!

Today I asked Mason what a monster says. Usually he will just growl...today he said this.....
thank you!!

I was expecting him to do the usual growl but when he said that I just had to laugh! I'm always telling him to say thank you and use his manners...now the monsters have to use them too! ;)

Mason on a ride!

I love this pic!!

Mason at the Rib Fest. Waiting for the ride to start...he looks a little bored doesn't he? He's quite the dare devil boy now. Last year he screamed his head off and made them stop the ride...this year he looked like this for the entire ride. He begged to go on the big slide (you know the ones taller than your house that you go down on an old potato sack?) Yeah right!!

Mason is going to his first birthday party tomorrow. Well not first birthday party, but first as in first invite from daycare. People I don't even know. I'm a little nervous to take him since we don't know these people at all! I'm not even really sure why he was invited to a 5 year old's party, but since our schedule is pretty open tomorrow...I figured why not.

Fun at the balloon festival...

Mason had a blast at the balloon festival last night! Last year I took him and he was very apprehensive about the rides...as you can see here:

This year he enjoyed the ride a little more (notice he was even in the same seat!)

In fact, he was such a hit with the Carnies that they even offered him a free ride!

How about this one...gave mom a bit of a heart attack!

Some cheesy hats...

and a lot of fun later, all that was left was one sleepy little boy!
